Shodh Sabha: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (SSJMR) follows a transparent, ethical and academically rigorous editorial policy to ensure quality scholarly publication.

Manuscripts submitted to SSJMR are evaluated on the basis of:

3. Initial Editorial Screening

  • Ethical and publication compliance

Manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s basic requirements may be rejected or returned to authors for correction before peer review.

Final editorial decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief or authorised editorial members.

6. Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are made independently and solely on academic merit, originality, quality and ethical standards. Editorial processes are not influenced by commercial, institutional or personal interests.

7. Ethical Publishing Standards

SSJMR supports ethical publishing practices and expects authors, reviewers and editors to follow responsible academic conduct. Manuscripts involving plagiarism, duplicate publication, fabricated data or unethical research practices may be rejected or withdrawn.

8. Confidentiality

Submitted manuscripts, reviewer reports and editorial communications are treated as confidential documents. Editorial members and reviewers are expected to maintain confidentiality throughout the review and publication process.

9. Conflict of Interest

Editors, reviewers and authors must disclose any conflicts of interest that could influence editorial decisions, peer review or publication outcomes.

10. Corrections and Retractions

If significant errors, ethical concerns or publication misconduct are identified, SSJMR may issue corrections, clarifications, retractions or article removal notices where necessary.

11. Use of AI Tools

AI-based tools may be used for technical or language assistance; however, authors remain fully responsible for the originality, citations, factual accuracy and ethical integrity of their manuscripts. AI tools cannot be listed as authors.

12. Special Issues and Conference Publications

SSJMR may publish special issues, conference proceedings or thematic issues after editorial approval and peer review. Special issue submissions are also subject to the journal’s editorial and ethical standards.

13. Publication Timeline

Publication timelines may vary depending on manuscript quality, reviewer availability, revision process and editorial workflow. The journal aims to process manuscripts efficiently while maintaining academic quality.

14. Policy Updates

SSJMR reserves the right to revise or update editorial policies at any time. Updated policies will become effective upon publication on the journal website.
