1. Purpose of the Editorial Board

3. Eligibility for Editorial Board Membership
Editorial board members are generally selected based on:

4. Roles and Responsibilities
Editor-in-Chief

Managing Editor

- Supports editorial workflow management
- Assists in publication scheduling and administration
Associate Editors and Section Editors

Editorial Board Members
- Promote the journal within academic networks
- Provide scholarly advice and suggestions
- Support peer review and editorial activities
- Encourage quality manuscript submissions
5. Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions are made independently based on originality, scholarly contribution, methodology, ethical standards and relevance to the journal scope. Editorial decisions are not influenced by commercial interests, sponsorship or institutional pressure.
6. Ethical Responsibilities
Editorial board members are expected to:
- Maintain confidentiality of submitted manuscripts

- Support unbiased and fair peer review

7. Conflict of Interest

8. Appointment and Tenure
Editorial board appointments are made by the journal management and editorial leadership based on academic qualifications and research expertise. Editorial positions may be reviewed periodically based on contribution, participation and professional conduct.
9. Removal or Resignation
The journal reserves the right to remove editorial board members in cases of unethical behaviour, inactivity, academic misconduct, conflict of interest violations or actions affecting the reputation of the journal. Editorial members may also resign voluntarily by informing the journal.

Editorial board members may assist in identifying qualified reviewers, evaluating review reports and supporting the maintenance of a rigorous and transparent peer review process.
