Shodh Sabha: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research
This publication guide explains the complete manuscript submission, review, revision and publication process followed by SSJMR.
1. Manuscript Preparation
Authors should prepare manuscripts according to the journal’s author guidelines. The manuscript must be original, unpublished, properly formatted and relevant to the scope of Shodh Sabha: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (SSJMR).
2. Submission of Manuscript
Authors may submit their manuscript through the official submission system or by contacting the editorial office. The submission should include the manuscript file, author details, abstract, keywords and any required supporting documents.
3. Initial Editorial Screening
After submission, the editorial team checks the manuscript for journal scope, formatting, originality, plagiarism, completeness and ethical compliance. Manuscripts that do not meet basic requirements may be returned or rejected at this stage.
4. Plagiarism Check
Submitted manuscripts may be screened for plagiarism or similarity. Authors must ensure that all sources are properly cited and that the manuscript does not contain copied, duplicated or unethical content.
5. Peer Review Process
Eligible manuscripts are sent for peer review. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript on the basis of originality, methodology, clarity, relevance, data quality, analysis, contribution and academic value.
6. Editorial Decision
Based on editorial assessment and reviewer comments, the manuscript may receive one of the following decisions:
- Accepted
- Accepted with minor revisions
- Major revisions required
- Rejected
- Resubmission requested
7. Revision by Authors
If revision is required, authors must revise the manuscript according to reviewer and editor comments. A revised manuscript should be submitted within the given time along with a response to reviewer comments, where applicable.
8. Final Acceptance
After satisfactory revision and final editorial approval, the manuscript may be accepted for publication. Acceptance is based on academic quality, originality, ethical compliance and relevance to the journal scope.
9. Publication Processing
Accepted manuscripts may undergo copyediting, formatting, proof preparation and final publication processing. Authors may be asked to review proofs before final publication.
10. Article Processing Charge
If applicable, authors are required to pay the article processing charge only as per the official journal policy. Payment does not influence peer review or guarantee acceptance.
11. Online Publication
After completion of all editorial, technical and publication formalities, the article will be published online on the journal website under the relevant volume, issue or special issue.
12. Certificate and Publication Confirmation
After publication, authors may receive publication confirmation, article link and certificate, subject to the journal’s publication and certificate policy.
13. Important Instructions for Authors
- Submit only original and unpublished manuscripts.
- Follow the journal’s formatting and referencing guidelines.
- Do not submit the same manuscript to multiple journals.
- Ensure proper citation and ethical use of data.
- Respond to editorial and reviewer comments on time.
- Check author names, affiliations and email addresses carefully before final submission.
