Author Guidelines
Shodh Sabha: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research
Authors are requested to follow the journal guidelines carefully before submitting their manuscript to SSJMR.
1. Manuscript Submission
Shodh Sabha: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (SSJMR) accepts original research articles, review articles, case studies, short communications, methodological papers, policy papers, book reviews and conference or special issue papers, subject to editorial approval.
2. Originality and Ethics
The manuscript must be original, unpublished and not under consideration by any other journal. Authors must ensure academic integrity, proper citation, ethical research practice and accurate representation of data, findings and authorship.
3. Manuscript Format
- File format: MS Word document
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font size: 12 pt for text and 14–16 pt for headings
- Line spacing: 1.5
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides
- Language: English

5. Abstract and Keywords
The abstract should clearly summarise the research problem, objectives, methodology, major findings and conclusion. It should normally be between 150 and 250 words. Authors should provide 4 to 7 relevant keywords.
6. Referencing Style
Authors should follow a consistent academic referencing style. APA style is recommended for SSJMR. All sources cited in the manuscript must be listed in the references section, and all references must be cited in the text.
7. Tables, Figures and Maps
- Tables and figures must be properly numbered.
- Each table, figure, graph or map must include a title and source.
- Images, charts and maps should be clear and publication-ready.
- Authors must obtain permission for copyrighted material where required.
8. Plagiarism Policy
Manuscripts must be free from plagiarism. The journal may screen submissions for similarity before review. Manuscripts with excessive similarity, copied content or unethical use of sources may be rejected.
9. Peer Review Process
All eligible manuscripts are subject to editorial screening and peer review. The final publication decision is based on originality, relevance, methodology, clarity, ethical compliance and scholarly contribution.
10. Publication Decision
The editorial board may accept, reject or request revision of a manuscript. Authors are expected to respond to reviewer comments and submit revised manuscripts within the given time.
11. Copyright and Responsibility
Authors are responsible for the accuracy of facts, data, citations, opinions and conclusions presented in their work. Submission to SSJMR implies that the manuscript complies with publication ethics and author responsibility standards.
